Life Lately at Hacienda Design Studio: A Season of Growth and Gratitude

It’s been a little quieter on the blog, but for the best reason imaginable—we’ve welcomed our beautiful daughter, Eva Lucia, into the world! Becoming a mama has brought so much joy, love, and perspective into my life, and I’m endlessly grateful for this new chapter. As I soak in these precious moments with my family, I wanted to pop in and share a little life update with our Hacienda Design community.

One of the most beautiful parts about running a small, heart-centered design studio is the close relationships we build with our clients. Many of you have watched Hacienda grow from a dream to a thriving business, and now you’re walking alongside me in this personal season of growth as well. Your support, understanding, and genuine excitement as I navigate motherhood have been deeply moving. Moments like this remind me why I love what I do—not just for the spaces we create but for the connections we nurture along the way.

Even though I’m officially on leave (soaking up all the snuggles with Eva Lucia), Hacienda Design Studio hasn’t skipped a beat! Our incredible project designer, Tatiana, has been kicking ass—there’s really no better way to put it. She’s been project managing like a pro, keeping everything on track and making sure our clients feel cared for and informed every step of the way.
